Honesty, Integrity & Transparency “Kyle and Iron Eagle checked every single box and more for my wife and I...” Read full review
Honesty, integrity, and clear communication are all very important aspects and characteristics when choosing to work with a company or individual. Kyle and Iron Eagle checked every single box and more for my wife and I as we traveled down the road of having our roof replaced.
Consumers are inundated after every major storm with roofers coming to the door, pressuring us to get the damage fixed, overpromising and under-delivering. So what set Iron Eagle apart?
When I first met Kyle, he approached me in my driveway and said, “I know you're getting a lot of roofers coming to your door, here's my card, call me if you would like me to check your roof.” And was ready to walk away. I was impressed he wasn't there to push me or my wife into making a decision right then and there.
Instead of leaving, we stood in my driveway and talked for almost 30 minutes. He was polite and spent the time to establish a relationship with his customer. After he left, I told my wife about our conversation and how impressed I was.
Kyle spent the time to talk with us about every aspect of what would be involved in replacing our roof, from the cost, insurance, shingles, etc.; 2 hours at my dining room table. He communicated clearly and consistently, via text, email, phone calls; we always knew where we were in the project.
You want an exceptional individual and quality company? You call Kyle and Iron Eagle Roofing. I promise you, you will not be disappointed. He's earned my respect, friendship and business and to me, in this day and age, that means everything.

Truly a professional company. No fast talking. Very up front with their customers and full transparency. Very helpful through the whole process with the insurance company. When they say they can get it done, they get it done in a timely manner. I look forward to working with them again. My family thanks you for all your help. And my roof looks great.
