After he left I told my wife about our conversation and how impressed I was. When another roofer in our area pestered me 3x about our roof, we knew we had to get something done and I knew the person I wanted to work with. We emailed Kyle and the relationship started.

Kyle spent the time to talk with us about every aspect of what would be involved in replacing our roof, from the cost, insurance, shingles, etc.; 2 hours at my dining room table! He even impressed my wife (who's more skeptical)! He did things above and beyond what I would have expected from a company. He spent time working on the relationship and not just the business part of it. He communicated clearly and consistently, via text, email, phone calls; we always knew where we were in the project.
